The 50/50 position in Jiu-Jitsu is exactly what it sounds like: neither here nor there. Both you and your opponent could get offense going.
And if your opponent is in a standing position, well, there isn’t a whole lot that you can do with the 50/50 from here… But you don’t need to know a lot, anyway. Having as little as one effective attack and setup could end the match real quick.
