WHO ARE THE COACHES?
All of this is pretty fantastic, but it gets even better when you realize who your coaches are going to be during these seven days!
There are four instructors who’ve confirmed their arrival:
Romulo Barral, a retired professional grappler who is termed as one of the best BJJ athletes in history; as well as one of the top Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu coaches in the world. He is an owner of the successful BJJ academy in California β βGracie Barra Northridgeβ.
Leo Vieira is also going to be showing you techniques β a famous Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt who is known for one of the most crowd-pleasing games in BJJ, for being a co-founder of important teams such as Brasa Clube de Jiu-Jitsu and Checkmat BJJ, and for being an elite coach; as he’s responsible for developing athletes such as Marcus βBuchechaβ Almeida.
Marco Canha, one of the top-ranking new prospects that have come out of the Checkmat Academy and a Ricardo Vieira BJJ black belt, is also joining the ranks of amazing instructors at this BJJ camp… While Kendall Reusing, one of the top competitors of her generation and a No-Gi world champion, will be making her fourth appearance at Jiutopia.
