For example, when it comes to setting up takedowns such as the Double Leg, you really don’t have to make it more complicated than being focused on one simple objective: getting their hands out of the way.
That is – if the opponent is standing upright (their head is out of the way already) and if you take their hands out of the equation as well, then you can shoot with ease because they have nothing in the way to their hips/legs.
