ADXC 3: Lucas Protásio & Pedro Maia Shake Up The Preliminary Card With A Jiu-Jitsu Bout

The countdown for the third edition of the Abu Dhabi Extreme Championship (ADXC) has officially begun!

Scheduled to take place a little over two weeks from now, on March 2nd, the event will land in the Brazilian city of Balneário Camboriú as the grand finale to a memorable fight week jointly organized by the local city hall and the UAE.

In the Preliminary Card, Lucas Protásio and Pedro Maia debut at the tournament with a welterweight Jiu-Jitsu bout.

An ADWPJJC 2022 champion with three gold medals conquered in Grand Slams around the world, Lucas Protásio is a Checkmat black belt and a familiar face from the AJP rosters, always taking the chance to fight for glory and ranking points in the organization’s rankings.

A guard passer with a particular knack for scrambles, Lucas has an offensive game that stands to give him the advantage at the ADXC cage, but only if he manages to avoid Pedro Maia’s traps in the tournament.
