If you want to improve your Jiu-Jitsu, then it’s not going to be enough to work on your techniques… Nor will it be enough to “just” add a weight lifting session or two.
Rather, it’s a must to work on your mobility as well. Because, if you can’t move well, then you can’t perform well either.
