The last WNO edition (Who’s Number One 20) was a super exciting one, with lots of newly-crowned champions and those who kept their title!
One of the most exciting competitors was Diogo Reis, who won the featherweight title after beating Keith Krikorian and Gabriel Sousa…
And then, during an interview with FloGrappling, he challenged Gordon Ryan to a match!
Here’s what he had to say:
I’ve already beaten all the guys in my division. I’m number 1, ADCC champion and now number 1 in WNO.
Now, I’m becoming the Baby GOAT.Let’s say that now I want to challenge the GOAT, Gordon Ryan.
He added:
It’s my game, I came here to dominate, and so I can go dominate him.
And, well, Gordon Ryan was passing by at precisely that moment – and jokingly said that he’d heard it:
I heard that, don’t think I didn’t hear that!
