The rivalry between Gordon Ryan and Felipe Pena isn’t anything new. The fans are eagerly awaiting their next match and, well, it appears that both athletes are as well.
And wouldn’t you know it – Ryan is ready to take it up a notch and place an enormous bet on the match against Pena. A 2-1 bet, to be exact – on any amount over $100,000 USD.
Here is what he had to say in a recent social media post:
When Felipe and I have our next match, I will give him 2-1 bet odds on any amount over 100k USD. Not wasting time with 10k dollar pocket change bets again.
I’m also not a charity, 10-1 odds 2x in a row was a gift. 2-1 on any dollar amount over 100k.
Then, Ryan went on to challenge Pena’s resolve for such a bet…
Quoting him in the end:
I’ll take that as a no… And yes, he has 100k after his match with me, Meregali, and Haisam.
He just won’t put it up because he knows one thing is a fact – he can never beat me. He can say he can beat me, but he won’t ever put his money where his mouth is, like I do every single time.
“Actions speak louder than words.” – Felipe.
