I have never in my life experienced WORSE customer service from anyone in any line of work, ever.
Ryan’s frustration stems from a backyard project, that fell significantly short of expectations.
Originally slated for completion in December of 2022, the project extended well into February of 2024 without completion:
Jeremy has stopped answering all of my texts and has blocked both me and Sonny on Instagram, having never completed the job.
I have since finished the job with someone else, who by the way had to replace all of the out door outlets, which were not actually outdoor outlets and all shorted out after getting wet, and the backyard is complete.
Ryan also remarked on his attempts to be an accommodating customer, often paying more than requested:
If he asked for 17k up front, I always gave him an even 20 to show I was a good customer.
The absolute worst company I have ever worked with for anything, ever.
