Craig Jones had never been shy to share his opinion, or knowledge, of certain things…
And he recently revealed that Yuri Simoes refused to test for PEDs at a grappling tournament in 2019.
Jones says that Simoes “started it first”, when he commented on one of his posts:
He’s not joking tho, he’s just pretending it is a joke, and everyone believes in his BS.

So, Jones responded in kind with another post:
This is a story from back in 2019, when I used to work with the FEDS, I got wind through the pipelines that there has been a randomly drug tested event of grappling, in the great state of California.
I looked into this. I looked into, oh, whose jurisdiction would that fall under. And I found out the California Amateur Mixed Martial Arts Federation. And I thought, let me check the profiles of the athletes in this event… And I found Mr Yuri Simoes’ profile on there, amongst others.
And it had this thing on it, called “suspended”. And I thought – what could possibly be the reason an athlete could be suspended on this website?
He proceeded to contact the organizers:
So I go bang, shoot them an email and I say: “Hey, I have some questions. Isn’t this public information?”
Eventually they got back to me and said: “Yes, Craig, this is public information. Yuri Simoes, after the event, refused to take the drug test.”
