A Bow & Arrow Choke, is a chokehold used in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and other grappling arts.

To perform a Bow & Arrow Choke, you first need to get your opponent’s back and control their arms. From here, you will trap one of your opponent’s arms between your legs while placing your other leg over their shoulder and across their neck.
