Bruno Malfacine is an 8x World Champion and a IBJJF Hall of fame member however he decided to embark on another landmark on his journey – to transition into MMA. He’s just announced:

Very happy to finally be able to share this great news with you guys!! I started to make my transition to the MMA, and the coolest is that the whole transition process is being recorded by
Mixer and you can see everything in the series.
I can’t wait to debut in the octagon and represent very well our jiu jitsu.

Apparently a series will also depict his transitional journey and it will be focussed on both him and Rodolfo Vieira who has made his cage debut already.

According to Combate:

Since March 2017, when Bruno Malfacine held his first training session with Ricardo Liborio in Orlando, USA, the production team from “Do Jiu-Jitsu to MMA” has followed the whole process of adaptation of the fighter to MMA. The idea is to follow the routine of training until his first duel in the new sport, which is expected to occur by the end of July. Competing in the division up to 57kg, Malfacine was named eight-time world jiu-jitsu champion between 2007 and 2016.

Rodolfo Vieira, a five-time world jiu-jitsu champion, is in a more advanced stage of transition. Training at the prestigious American Top Team Academy in Coconut Creek, near Miami, the fighter made his professional debut at the MMA in São Paulo in February 2017 at the Arzalet Fighting Globe event. The behind the scenes of the fight will be exhibited exclusively in the series, which will also accompany him in his second professional match, scheduled for the end of July.

Interestingly the series will be produced in a partnership with the UFC.
