Michael Liera jr went up a weight class and fought 2x world champion Rafael Lovato jr.
Liera stated:
Double silver. Today I made it to the finals of the heavyweight 94kg and Absolute division, and lost to Rafael Lovato Jr. both times. He’s been a true idol of mine, ever since I started. So, to work my way up to fighting him was an awesome experience. The first match we had, he beat me with three advantages from the top position. The second match he passed in the final 10 seconds. I’m ready to get back to training and continue the hard work.
