BJJ academies are sometimes found in unique locations. There are some that are converted warehouses, restaurants, nightclubs and now believe it or not, even a church!
BJJ world champion Bernardo recently converted a big house into his firts ever BJJ academy:

BJJ instructor Robert Setree and his partner recently bought an old church and are converting it into a fully equipped BJJ academy!
They obviously follow this motto:
When this academy will be ready to train, it will be a really unique place to train.
