Shelby Murphey has been training in the Art of Jiu Jitsu team ever since she was 10 years old.
And she is more than grateful for her growth with them:

At the age of 19, I have accomplished a feat that I have fantasied about since I was a 10 year old white belt – receiving my black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

The dream of winning a brown belt world title and being promoted on the podium started circulating in my teens when I learned that I would be working with the sport for the rest of my life.

I want to thank Professor Gui and Rafa Mendes for being my introduction into the world of Jiu-Jitsu.
Art of Jiu Jitsu has been my home since day one and I am so honored to receive my black belt from them.

Sloth Jiu-Jitsu: you can be slow and unathletic and still kick butt in Jiu-Jitsu.

An especially effective strategy for older or less athletic competitors, but suitable and highly recommended for all jiu-jitsu practitioners. 12 chapters taught in person by 3rd Degree BJJ Black Belt Gile Huni.
