Jon Jones: “Gordon Ryan Served Me Up A Large Piece Of Humble Pie”

Jon Jones has been seen training submission grappling with Gordon Ryan
As a part of the preparations for his UFC title defense match!

Jones will return to the octagon next month, following eight months after winning the world title against Ciryl Gane at UFC 285.
This time, “Bones” will be defending the title against Stipe Miočić. Their match is going to take place at Madison Square Garden, at UFC 295.

So, as a part of his preparation for the fight, Jon Jones is working on his submission grappling skills.
Here’s what he first had to say about his training with Ryan:

Great having King Ryan back in Albuquerque.
Brother always comes with the best vibes and knowledge.

Ladies and gentlemen, do not count out a first round submission.

Then last night, he shared that Ryan “humbled him”:

My boy, Gordon Ryan served me up a large hot piece of humble pie tonight.
It was exactly what I was looking for, at the same time my emotions are all messed up.

Going to have a hard time sleeping tonight.. expect singing videos at 2 AM.
