Dana White Praises BJJ’s Efficiency For Women: “Put A Guy To Sleep In Three And A Half Seconds”

UFC’s Dana White had trained Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu back in the day – and he appears to be fully aware of just how efficient it can be…
Especially for women that train.

In a recent conversation with Lex Fridman, White emphasized that one of the biggest advantages of Jiu-Jitsu is that it allows women to subdue the potential attackers with ease and speed:

The biggest selling point for Jiu-Jitsu for women is that no matter how big or how small, a woman can put a guy to sleep in three and a half seconds.

Furthermore, White is more impressed with no-gi than gi Jiu-Jitsu (we know, surprise surprise):

In my opinion, and all the Jiu-Jitsu fu*king people are going to go crazy over this…
But in my opinion, no-gi is way better than gi.

He even reflected on his own time spent on the mats:

I remember thinking, holy sh*t… I can’t believe that I’m 28 years old and this is the first time I’m experiencing this.
