Dillon Danis certainly manages to stir up controversy in any interview he gives. Unbeknownst to us his dyed hair was attributed to making him look like Conor McGregor in the media – according to Danis himself.
“In Brazil when you go to the favelas… It’s the big thing in jiu-jitsu. A lot of favela kids they all dye their hair blonde. And for the worlds I did it. I’m really big into that kind of stuff. And I’ve been to the favelas before. I’m really big into helping, stuff like that. Their passion kinda goes on through me. And I kind of felt like I’m fighting for all of us and I feel like none wants me to succeed and none believes in me. “
