BJJ Training Partner On Mark Zuckerberg: “He’s Ridiculously Strong”

Khai Wu, MMA coach and BJJ training partner to Meta founder Mark Zuckerberg, recently shared his thoughts from when Zuckerberg began practicing MMA. Wu commented that he was surprised by Zuckerberg’s physical strength during their early MMA sessions together at Guerrilla Jiu Jitsu in San Jose, California.

Earlier discussions about a potential exhibition match between Zuckerberg and Elon Musk in Rome had generated significant attention, but those talks did not lead to a formal agreement. Zuckerberg is currently focused on recovering from a knee injury before furthering his MMA and BJJ training.

Wu, who is set to make his debut in the Professional Fighters League, recently provided insightful comments about Zuckerberg’s abilities and dedication to improving his skills in the sport. As his MMA coach, Wu was impressed by Zuckerberg’s strength, attributing it to his history as an athlete who maintains an active lifestyle. Wu remarked that despite being similarly sized, Zuckerberg demonstrated superior strength during their training sessions.

Unlike some athletes who rely on steroids, Zuckerberg’s strength levels do not diminish noticeably even when fatigued, according to Wu, Zuckerberg has earned praise in Brazilian jiu-jitsu competitions for his debut performances earlier this year, showcasing his talent and commitment to skill development in the sport. Wu believes Zuckerberg’s strength comes from years of consistent training and does not seem to be augmented by weight training or supplements.
