Coach Kent Peters of ZombieProof Martial Arts in Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada shows a great pass that anybody can do. The name is unforgettable: “Beach Towel Pass”.
This pass work very well against a seated/butterfly guard playing opponent. You need to isolate an arm and a leg and shake them up like you would a beach towel to rid it of sand.
You end up passing straight to knee on belly.
