Over the past decade, the UFC has exploded in popularity around the world and quickly became the most recognizable MMA sport today. 

Around the world, there is estimated to be well over 300 million MMA fans, a number which the UFC has largely driven. As of right now, the UFC has held more than 500 events in 28 countries – which has enabled it to become a globally recognized brand. Not to mention, the UFC has an incredible PPV model that helps to attract both hardcore and newbies fans each year.  

So, what are the specific reasons why people love the UFC so much? Let’s take a look.

When people watch UFC events, it gives them a rush of excitement and adrenaline that most other sports don’t.

Whenever a UFC event is taking place, it will automatically be trending on Twitter. This is great, as it allows casual fans to join in the fun, even if they’re not experts.

Lastly, fans love the UFC because of Dana White. 

Over the years, Dana has managed to build a sporting brand like no other. He isn’t afraid to criticize fighters publicly and is constantly working with fan opinions to put together the fights that people want to see. 

Without a doubt, the UFC wouldn’t be the force that it is today without the craftsmanship of Dana White.
