Freddy Ontiveros is a blue belt American National Champion. He was recently enjoying his vacation in the bjj Mecca – San Diego when he heard a young girl screaming for help because someone had snatched her purse.
As he told jiujitsutimes:
“…people saw what happened and didn’t do anything just take out there phones and record,I then caught up with the guy that robbed her. He wanted to fight but I took him down and back mounted him until helped arrived. No one got hurt and the girl got her things back.
Told the girls aunt that she needs to consider enrolling her family into a self defense class at least. Highly recommended jitz though.”
