Anderson Silva, the former UFC champion was suspended by the NSAC for 12 months and fined for failing multiple UFC 183 drug tests.
The former UFC middleweight champion denied the conscious use of drostanolone and androsterone substances, but admited that he consumed drugs against anxiety in the fight the night before. He also said that the other prohibited substances in examinations were due to contaminated supplements used by him, including one that would be to “improve sexual performance such as Viagra that he got from Thailand.
The hearing was interupted by weird phone ringtones going off with tracks like “It Wasn’t Me” by Shaggy, “Bump N’ Grind” by R. Kelly, Let’s Talk About Sex” by Salt-N-Pepa.
