Academy Closed? Do These BJJ Solo Drills with Your Belt

 

As we all know Jiu-Jitsu practice requires a partner and mats. However your BJJ academy might be currently closed you may miss some time on the mats. In this video Mike Bidwell from BJJAfter 40 shows some great BJJ core drills that can be done just about anywhere with a simple martial arts belt. He often use these drills both at the beginning or end of his workout. You will get a great sweat and work your core too. -Happy Training!
