Casa Kickapoo is organising its 5th camp of the season with no other than legendary 7th degree coral belt Mauricio Gomes from February 5th to 12th !
Mauricio Gomes is one of six people commonly known as the ‘Famous Five’ to have been promoted to black belt by Rolls Gracie prior to Gracie’s tragic death.
He has been training and teaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for over 50 years and is currently a 7th degree black and red coral belt.
He is the father of BJJ and ADCC World Champion Roger Gracie.
Mauricio is known as the godfather of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in the United Kingdom, where he was the founder of the first Gracie Barra franchise. Mauricio spends his time between Brazil and the United Kingdom, where he is the main instructor at the Roger Gracie academy in London.
Mauricio is very passionate about teaching and sharing his knowledge and would like to invite you to one of a kind Jiu Jitsu adventure!

Casa Kickapoo is a waterfront property on the Estero de Jaltepeque in the department of La Paz – about an hour away from the capital city of San Salvador in El Salvador.
