The first edition of the Polaris Professional Jiu Jitsu Invitational is done and dusted. It was a major Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu invitational that happened in Cardiff, Wales this Saturday January 10th. The matches were 15 minutes in length and wiinning was by submission only. The rules are IBJJF black belt rules for in the gi, and ADCC rules for no gi.
The venue for the first Polaris was a very special place. St. David’s Hall in Cardiff is a grand concert hall type venue with stacked seating that offers an amazing view of the central stage from any area.
