WNO: Rafael Lovato Jr. To Face Ricardo Evangelista (Instead Of Pedro Marinho)

Rafael Lovato Jr. was supposed to compete for the heavyweight Who’s Number One (WNO) title against Pedro Marinho, the current title holder, on October 1st…

However, as shared by FloGrappling, Marinho is out of the picture now.
So, Lovato Jr. will face Ricardo Evangelista instead!

Unfortunately, Pedro Marinho will not be able to defend his title at the upcoming WNO Night of Champions.
But, ever the professional, Rafael Lovato Jr. has agreed to step up in weight & face off against local Houston native & the very dangerous Ricardo Evangelista!

Big props to Ricardo for accepting this match in less than 2 weeks notice.

Though disappointed about not fighting for the title, Lovato Jr. is looking forward to his new match:

It was very hard to get my mind wrapped around not competing for the WNO title next week.
I put in a lot of work for Pedro & made a lot of sacrifice in my life & business to be at my best to scrap for that belt…

But I’m not new to this game at all & have been through this many times.

I’m very grateful to still be able to suit up & do what I love & show my work for the Houston fans & everyone that cheers for me worldwide!
