[WATCH] Pat Sabatini Submits Opponent With A Vicious Suloev Stretch

Pat Sabatini has once again demonstrated his grappling skillset in the MMA octagon – this time at Cage Fury FC’s Fury Pro Grappling 8 event in Philadelphia.
Despite a mixed record in the UFC octagon in 2023, Sabatini ended the year on a triumphant note – with a Suloev Stretch submission victory against UFC welterweight Niko Price.

The bout took a dramatic turn a little over three minutes in when Sabatini executed a flawless setup.
He first gained control over Price’s back and then grabbed his leg.

What followed was a perfectly executed Suloev Stretch, a submission move that is as rare as it is painful.
And, well, the hold was so tight that Sabatini’s right knee nearly touched his shoulder.

Watch it all take place on the video below:

Pat Sabatini had previously submitted another UFC fighter, Alex Caceres, at the same event the previous year.
And when it comes to his MMA career in 2023, Sabatini had a balanced record; securing a submission win over Lucas Almeida in June, followed by a knockout loss to Diego Lopes at UFC 295.
