Stand-up comedian Andrew Schultz has been a friend of many BJJ and MMA athletes around the world for a long time…
But it appears that he has only recently taken up training – with none other than Sean O’Malley!
The video footage below shows Schultz going through some warm-up and striking drills first.
Then, he does grappling with O’Malley’s renowned coach, Tim Welch.
He (surprisingly) cannot do much against Welch, but is then instructed by both him and O’Malley about proper submission grappling techniques, such as the Rear Naked Choke and Triangle Choke.
