One of the greatest champion in the history of ADCC, the world cup grappling, Arona talked about the growth of the gentle art in the UAE to Tatame magazine.

“This country has become a powerhouse in the fight world after hiring 150 BJJ black belt athletes to teach in schools, as a disciplinary matter, in order to improve the physical condition of the children who grew up in poor health.

It began when the son of the sheik began training, and in two months it was another boy, strong and determined. By then the project for all schools emerged.

Here we have the necessary investments to develop the sport. A great example to the world, “said Arona.
