Different people have different opinions on Dana White…
But there’s one thing that’s true for sure: the UFC CEO can be quite generous.
The whole story began when social media influencer Razzaqlocks posted a video, in which he’s attempting to persuade a cashier at El Pollo Loco to quit his job immediately for $100,000 in cash.
Despite the tempting offer, the employee declined, saying that there is staff shortage in his store and so that he’s unwilling to abandon his colleagues.
The cashier said:
No, I’m good.
There are only three people here today, otherwise…
I don’t want to leave them suffering.

And, well, Dana White was impressed by the young man’s thought process.
So impressed, in fact, that he decided to gift him $15,000!
White commented on Instagram:
That kid’s got integrity.
He’s a good human.
He cared that his co-workers would have suffered.I’m giving him $15k for being a BAD ASS SOLID HUMAN.
Good things happen to GOOD people.
