At UFC on FOX 17 this last weekend, 3 fighters called out the new featherweight champion Conor McGregor.
McGregor became the UFC’s featherweight champion when he knocked out Jose Aldo in a mere 13 seconds at UFC 194.
Jose Aldo wants a rematch and Frankie Edgar has called him out, but Conor McGregor who is already the undisputed featherweight champion has his sights on conquering another belt: the lightweight.
On Saturday, the first to call out McGregor was Charles ‘Do Bronx’ Oliveira during post victory speech. Nate Diaz who beat Michael Johnson, went on a F-Bomb laced speech calling out the Irishman.
To finish the night off, the defending UFC lightweight champion Rafael dos Anjos gave a warning to McGregor to stay out of his division or end up like knocked out like Donald Cerrone.
McGregor’s coach John Kavanagh told Ireland’s The 42 , that the UFC has guaranteed them that McGregor will face Rafael dos Anjos, and will be as early as April.
McGregor answered his call out with the following message:
Line them up on their knees with their hands out. I want them to beg me. pic.twitter.com/YCYf0QslNR
