Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg has shown a great deal of interest in the previous months not just for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, but also for mixed martial arts (MMA).
He has trained with a number of big names, such as Israel Adesanya, Alexander Volkanovski, and BJJ champion Mikey Musumeci.
Videos of Zuckerberg’s BJJ and MMA training sessions have been circulating online for some time now… And he even won a gold medal in a BJJ tournament!
Lots of BJJ and MMA fans are blaming Zuckerberg of being a “poser”, however. Of not really training hard, but more putting on a show.

The picture just goes to show Mark Zuckerberg’s affinity towards training – and training hard, it would seem.
Because, as any seasoned BJJ and MMA practitioner would know, the sparring part of the class… Is something truly special. And can, often times, kind of spiral out of control – because you enjoy it so much.
