Joe Rogan Secures A New $250 Million Spotify Deal For His Podcast

Joe Rogan, the renowned UFC commentator and podcast host, has inked a fresh contract with Spotify!

This deal, valued at $250 million, ensures the continued streaming of the “Joe Rogan Experience” podcast on the platform – with an expansion in distribution rights that includes YouTube and other platforms.

Unlike the previous exclusivity deal, Rogan’s latest agreement allows for the podcast to be shared on YouTube and other platforms, broadening its accessibility.
This change comes with a guaranteed minimum from Spotify and a share in ad sales, as detailed by The Wall Street Journal.

Starting in 2009, Joe Rogan has transformed his podcast from a simple platform for conversations into a cultural phenomenon; engaging with guests from diverse backgrounds, including politics, sports, and entertainment.

The podcast’s growth trajectory saw a significant leap in 2020, when Rogan first partnered with Spotify – in a deal reportedly worth $200 million, making his content exclusive to the streaming service.
