3x ADCC champion Gordon Ryan tested positive for Covid-19 2 months ago and had to, along with Craig Jones, pull out of the last Who’s Number One main card.
In this video from his instagram, he described his ordeal and his flu-like symptoms which made him lose 15lbs.
Ryan said that his time being sick was unpleasant, but not as sever as what some people went through being on ventilators.
He said that it too him 1 month to regain his sense of smell and to put back the weight he lost:
