Cole Abate has been training in Art Of Jiu-Jitsu for years and – as expressed in one of the recent Instagram posts – he has been grateful for everything that Guilherme Mendes has done for him:

Find people that enjoy your success as much as you do and create unbreakable bonds with them that will last forever.

The people you want closest to you are the ones that win whenever you win, and lose whenever you lose. they’re there at the lowest and highest points no matter what.
Not because of a medal or title, but because they truly want to see you succeeding and being rewarded for the daily sacrifices you make and your growth as a person.

Over time, that bond you built becomes something much bigger and you consequently start achieving some pretty amazing things.
