Brazil National Pro: Renato Cardoso Double Gold & Qualifies for World Pro

 

 

The second edition of the Brazil National Pro – Trials for the 2015 World Pro Abu Dhabi – was held last weekend in Natal, Brazil.
In the men’s black belt, the big name was Renato Cardoso , who, in his category up to 85 kg, defeated Wesiley Anderson with a leg-lock and, in open weight, beat Raphael Nicolas.

Another big name that secured their ticket to Abu Dhabi was Michelle Nicolini : after winning the featherweight division in the European Jiu-Jitsu Championship, She submitted Alinny Karen in the up to 55 kg weight class. Joaquina Santos was the champion in the in the absolute and 75 kg female weight class, and also confirmed his participation in the World.
