Yes it CAN! Twisted Jiu Jitsu made it through several stages in Reach For Change’s tough competition – a tournament, different from the ones many of our readers have grown accustomed to reading about.

The Change 2015, conducted with the support of a prominent TV Program, is created so that 300 projects are made to compete against one another, showcasing all the best ideas the entrepreneurs have come up with in their passionate strive for creating a better world for children in Bulgaria.

The young brothers from Sofia – Bulgaria – Bobi and Vladi are giving their best to expand Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in their home country. This is why these representatives of our beloved Art and their newest project Twisted Kids, which made it to the top 5 best solutions, need the support of the BJJ community worldwide in order to reach their goal of exposing Bulgaria’s youth and students to the magic of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Our youngsters, who with each passing year seem to show more bad eating habits and stare at their computers and phones indefinitely are in great need of healthy eating regime, physical development and social interactions with the surrounding environment.

As we all know well, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu could be the most valuable tool a person (especially a young one) can rely on in his arsenal for developing and achieving his full potential.
But for the unenlightened majority of people, who do not understand the martial art and so can’t grasp the advantageous attributes it gives a person, our sport is not considered to be as beneficial to a child’s upbringing as are common skills such as language learning or computer literacy.

Twisted Jiu Jitsu’s curriculum involves educating people about the sport, helping it grow on a regional level and in other cities as well as working with and helping other teams do the exact same thing.
This is a cause we could all relate to. Spreading and showing the martial art to as many people as possible will only make our community bigger, stronger and with better coverage!
