Japan is on the brink of a martial arts spectacle…
As the Abu Dhabi Jiu Jitsu Pro (AJP) prepares to host two major tournaments in Tokyo!
The Abu Dhabi Grand Slam (ADGS) is making a grand return to Japan in the second week of 2024, specifically on January 13th and 14th.
The Ota Gymnasium in Tokyo will transform into a battleground for the AJP mats, where seasoned athletes will battle it out in this season’s inaugural ADGS event.
The competition kicks off on January 13th, featuring Amateurs and Masters. The following day, January 14th, will see Professionals from purple to black belt.
However, the martial arts fever will hit Japan even sooner…
For, as a prelude to the January showdown, the AJP Tour Tokyo International Jiu-Jitsu Championship 2023 is set for December 9th and 10th!
This event, serving as an ideal warm-up, will be held at the Sumida City Gymnasium.
Athletes of all ages and skill levels will have the opportunity to test their skills and begin their journey in the AJP rankings.
This is a unique chance for competitors to engage in high-level competition in Tokyo, a city renowned for its martial arts heritage.
