One of the worst habits you could develop in training is that you reach with both of your hands – both in BJJ and in MMA alike. This is often done in order to make that first physical contact with your opponent; so that you’re more relaxed when it comes to training.
However, there isn’t much to use after you learn how to set up a takedown off of this!
For example, when they reach with both their arms, that means none of them are protecting your leg. Which means you could level change and go for a Double Leg or something similar.
