Through the time there’s been very little chance of Ronda Rousey returning to the big leagues after 2 devastating losses.
Now the fresh new WWE Superstar confirmed what many were hoping wasn’t true – that she’s basically forever done with mma.
While guesting on the Ellen Degeneres show Rousey said:
“I don’t know [if I’ll return to the UFC],” said Rousey. “I think it’s just as likely as me going back to another Olympics for judo. No one demanded a written resignation from me for judo and I don’t really think the same thing is necessary for fighting. I’m just doing what I enjoy and WWE is what I enjoy right now.”
While Rousey’s skill in judo isn’t questioned she’s certainly fallen quite far from grace following catastrophic quick loss from Amanda Nunes and subsequent pending transition to the WWE.
Ronda Rousey recently marked an anniversary of her UFC and Strikeforce debuts. The former bantamweight champion was also inducted into the International Sports Hall of Fame on March 3rd in Ohio during the Arnold Classic Expo.
