Plate Workout for Grappling Strength

Plate Workout for Grappling Strength

You really don’t need any fancy equipment to give yourself a big gas tank & monster strength on the BJJ mats.

Using simple exercises with little equipment that make you work the entire body are more than enough for grapplers.

Funk Roberts shows an interesting workout using plates.

You need just one or a few 20kg/45lb plates for this amazing working which mimics the pushing movement where you use your whole body.

BJJ world champion Tom DeBlass also use plates to work out. His supplemental training sessions might be short 15-20 minutes of work with a single 45lb weight plate, or some simple body weight conditioning exercises like burpees or pushups.
