Keenan Cornelius Rolls With 50 people in a row NO REST NO WATER

Keenan Cornelius will never be done proving himself. The martial arts ace has recently thrown a shark tank for himself.

Shark tank training generally involves groups of 3 or 4, and is intended to give pupils more rounds of sparring than they can attain from regular training rounds. Usually the rounds are brief. Not over three minutes. To be able to permit for a lot of sparring with no one person sitting for a long time. Another option are quite short rounds ranging from 30 seconds to a minute. This is very good for serious competitions but likely not great for pupils just wanting to prepare for pleasure.

Some academies even do shark tanks to celebrate birthdays of students or use it to replace the traditional gauntlet which can be brutal and isn’t necessarily indicative of bjj skill.

In this 48 minute clip below Keenan Cornelius is rolling with 30 people in 48 minutes with no rest or water?!
