When Mark started training BJJ eigth years ago, he weighed 500 pounds, and through training & dedication, he lost around 200 pounds.

We often hear that BJJ is for everyone. We think so too, but reality is that it just isn’t. Mark chose jiu-jitsu in order to get healthier and lose weight. This passion gave him great satisfaction, but most importantly – health. Now he can share the advice with all those who resign from training BJJ just because they are too heavy/ too tall / out of shape etc.
