Passing an experienced opponent’s guard can be quite difficult. Especially in no-gi, when there are less grips available… And even more so if you don’t have a strategy in mind, but just going “blindly” for whatever guard pass comes next.
That is to say, you need a system. You need to know exactly what you’re going for – which technique(s) – before you go for it, and this will make your job much easier.
