Tye starts off from an armbar positions but decides to use a modified position which he calls the ‘Japanese armbar’ where one leg is under the opponent’s armpit. As the opponent defends and Tye is unable to break the grip, he transitions into a scissor choke. Tye shows the missing details to make the choke so much more powerful.
