Grappling Central Podcast had the pleasure of interviewing Manto owner Alberto Marchetti recently. Marchetti is quite respected in a bjj community and known for being business savvy among other things.
He talked about his bjj starts and experience at the Renzo Gracie Academy knowing Renzo, John Danaher and others. He also confirmed the D’Arche choke origin story previously talked about by John Danaher.
