Ed Soares has gone through a transition last year in order to run the new promotion that has come out of the merger between RFA and Legacy Fc. However he’s fairly livid about the Gabi Garcia treatment of him. He even went so far as to vent the dirty laundry on social media.
In an instagram post he blasted Garcia in no uncertain terms – for allegedly not paying rent, utility bills in an apartment his company provided (meaning him and Tough Media partner Jorge Guimaraes). In addition to this she also owes him a managerial fee for a 2015 fight in Rizin.
He captioned the video ““WARNING!!!!! BEWARE OF GABI GARCIA!!! @gabigarciaoficial”
As you can see he had no qualms about tagging Gabi’s social media profile. Continuing:
This is what happens when you try to help an unethical person rent an apartment!!! She had no place to live and sure enough @jorgeguimaraes and I rent an apartment for her under our company name. So what does she do? She burns us and sticks us with a bill!!! Not only that but she owes Tough Media $4000 for commissions from her fight back on 12/31/15 and almost $3000 in unpaid utility bills. Be careful @titoortiz1999 @criscyborg @rayelbe or anyone else that comes in contact with her!!!”
Garcia most recently fought .. well an elderly lady in what was by many perceived as a push in the wrong direction back at Rizin’s late December event.
Gabi certainly isn’t too torn up by the last mma fight opting to instead rub elbows with Cris Cyborg, Ray Elbe, Tito Ortiz and Page VanZant!
