EBI 12 Announced With A Surprising Twist

Eddie Bravo is quite unafraid of promoting various aspects of bjj. This is why he’s opting to include Combat BJJ on one of his fight cards as early as March. But that’s not the end of innovations – 12th edition of the event will be an all female card.

Same day weigh-in 125. Tag black and brown belts that you wanna see in this 🙂

Like Eddie Bravo announced 12th version of the event will be featuring 125lbs females competing for the prestigious title.

It’ll be interesting to see if EBI can maintain the buzz with this one because previously announced all female card was nixed without much fanfare several months ago and replaced with the usual crowd.

And reportedly Tami Musameci and Pati Fontes are already in!

Female black belt world champions @musumecibjj & @patifontes are in, what other blacks and browns you wanna see?
This will be a 16 woman super tournament LIVE on @ufcfightpass WINNER TAKE ALL. Winner gets 5k for every match she wins in regulation, 20k possible. This is gonna be nuts!

Eddie Bravo recently revealed EBI numbers were especially good for the EBI 10 card and he was invited to discuss further collaboration with UFC Fight Pass. Although admittedly EBI is not out of the woods just yet:
