Demian Maia just managed to break his 3 fight losing streak in victory over Lyman Good. In fairness to Maia all 3 of his opponents before Good were A class wrestlers. They were Tyron Woodley, Colby Covington and Kamaru Usman.
But for 41 year old Maia it never stops. He’s just accepted a new fight – one against Anthony Rocco Martin.
Martin will come into the fight off four straight wins since returning to the welterweight division.
Maia vs. Martin is the latest addition to a growing card that will air on ESPN in the United States. The headliner for the card is a welterweight rematch between former champions as Tyron Woodley faces Robbie Lawler in the main event.
