Some have claimed for years that U.S. fighters and other non-Brazilians have been the subject of, not just bad calls, but actual cheating on the part of the IBJJF. Is this true? Why would this happen? What could be the possible motive? If so, what would be a way of addressing this? Would supporting or starting other Jiu-jitsu organizations be a solution?
What about all of the recent controversy concerning steroid abuse? Is the IBJJF really doing anything to stop cheaters who are willing to harm their body by abusing steroids? Does steroid abuse really support a healthy life-style, which is so often talked about by some jiu-jitsu people.
